Year 5

Hello Year 4 and welcome to the Year 5 transition page. I have really enjoyed meeting you all over the last few weeks, I can’t wait to be your teacher! The lovely Year 5s have been very busy writing letters for you, to let you know what life is like in Year 5. I have added a few below so you can find out more! 

On our transition day, we completed the activity below. It might be useful to use this template at the end of August to help when discussing your return to school with your grown ups.
