Values Ambassadors

Our Values Ambassadors have been voted for by the children and have been chosen as they are regarded as responsible and respectful role models who can help cultivate the St Mary's Values of Faith, Family and Future.

Our Values Ambassadors for 2019/2020 are:

Emily (Year 6)

Thomas (Year 6)

Sam (Year 5)

Sunny (Year 5)

Freya (Year 4)

Jake (Year 4)

Beth (Year 3)

Jaylen (Year 3)

Macy (Year 2)

Ryan (Year 2)

The Year 5 and Year 6 children also form part of the St Mary's Rights Respecting School Team.

We have been very busy already this Autumn term! Here is a brief summary of our work so far:

  • Held two assemblies to introduce the Values Ambassadors and talk about our Rights Respecting work
  • Met with Harriet Harman MP and Kate Green MP to discuss the role of the speaker in the House of Commons
  • Promoted the use of the Loan Box from the Houses of Parliament that we have in school
  • Met with Kate Green MP and a representative from TfGM to discuss our traffic concerns for Cornhill Road
  • Organised each year group to vote for a Christmas charity they would like to support and raise awareness

Here are some photos of us in action!
